The World of Latino Cuisine 2015 is coming back to Meadowlands

The World of Latino Cuisine 2015
is returning to the Meadowlands Expo Center  August 26-27, 2015

After a successful start last year the largest Latino market trade show is back, bigger, and better featuring a food pavillion with various Restaurants as well as a domestic and international food manufacturers, producers and importers.

This is the best venue to showcase your product, there are buyers, distributors, and merchandisers, small and medium sized specialty food stores, regional chains, caterers, restaurants, independents, and bodegueros.

Chef Wilo Benet- Puerto Rico’s celebrity chef. Author of Puerto Rican Flavors, guest chef at the Food Network’s Top Chefs (, designer and owner of the famous Pikayo Restaurant in San Juan.

Chef Maria José Jordán- Awarded the title “Best Young Chef of Latin American and the Caribbean” at the prestigious S. Pellegrino. First runner-up at “Best Young Chef of the World”. Chef at Amaz, Lima, Perú

Chef Abraham Támez- Executive Chef at the exclusive Welk Resort in Los Cabos, Baja California, México. Renowned for using Pre-Colombian ingredients in his succulent recipes and plates.

Chef Juancho Ortiz- Celebrity chef from the Dominican Republic. Author, radio and TV producer, he is an ambassador for the unique flavors of his country and a grand promoter of excellent food.
