Puerto Rican Hamburgers/Meatloaf by Ada H. Silva
Ada H. Silva is the winner of the best Sofrito recipe and she was featured in our Summer issue Ada will be featured again in our Fall issue here is a recipe that she makes during the summertime for her family. For a nice cool night you can prepare this recipe as a meatloaf and during the summer days you can fire up the grill and have a burger version. Thank you Ada Buen Provecho I made this recipe the other day and we were transported to Puerto Rico and immediately thought of our moms meatloaf if you make your own sofrito, great if not I recommend and I did use Sofregit® Mamitas Sofrito base
